Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for the grace period when you purchased your subscription which is normally 4 days. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange due to the resources used to spin up your website.

To cancel your subscription you must sign into your account here, https://tinygiantwebsites.com/my-account/, to either suspend or cancel your subscription.  This will in effect take your website offline.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted:

  • Difficulty with your pre-built website running
  • All issues must be logged in order to receive partial refund
  • All issues must be related to technical issues and not related to changing content

Refunds

Once your claim is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only purchased price items may be refunded at the value your subscription is charged and not going rates.
